WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, while our reception will be inside the Clubhouse. Guests will have access to the outdoor patio as well.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
If you plan on driving to CVR, there is a parking lot available to all guests at the Clubhouse. Let the front gate attendant know where you are heading, and they will direct you to the designated lot. If you'd like to utilize our shuttle service, please see the "Travel" section for information.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask you to turn off your phones and cameras during the ceremony, and be present with us during this very special moment. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture photos, and we will share those with you as soon as possible! Once the ceremony is over and cocktail hour has begun, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like. Please tag us and use our hashtag #LexAndNedWed to share your photos for everyone to see!
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE WEDDING?
We love your kiddos so much! However, we respectfully request that our wedding be a 21+ event. The only children in attendance will be the children in our wedding. We hope you all enjoy your night off celebrating with us!
CAN I BRING A DATE?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Therefore, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Please, no white clothing, jeans or hats.
Also, please note that the weather in Carmel Valley can be unpredictable and is typically about ten to fifteen degrees warmer than Carmel-by-the-Sea. We recommend checking the weather beforehand and bringing a sweater as it can get chilly at night.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Please plan on arriving at Carmel Valley Ranch no later than 4:00 pm. Welcome drinks will be provided and the ceremony will begin shortly after.
